EE was grabbing plastic bags to cover the equipment.

The EE was carrying plastic bags and was unable to see in front of them. There was a pallet jack placed in front of the EE as the EE was struggling to see ahead the EE tripped over the pallet jack and fell on both knees. The EE is also expressing pain in their stomach and left arm caused by the impact of the fall.

Severe pain due to falling while arm outstretched. Pain in left wrist.
