What happened
The EE was training a new hire on stacking boxes in the Production area (Hayssen 5) when a pallet jack driver was passing with a pallet that contained product in the RPC containers and the driver stopped which caused the containers to fall off the pallet. The RPCs that fell hit the EE on the left thigh.
