What happened
Employee was using the breaker bar to cut the bands on a bundle of 2 1 4 round bars from the back of the bundle. The band iron sprug up after being cut and struck his left forearm causing a 3 inch laceration. He was using a breaker bar with this right hand while his left hand was holding the band to be cut.
