While working dept.30-Line #8 (osborne) employee reached for hook extended left arm and felt pain on left side of back below the shoulder blade (which employee stated he felt this pain before when he used to work out alot. Worked rest of shift and two more shifts before going to chiropractor which is when he reported the injury.

We believe the employee over extended while reaching for the hook.
