Before the incident
Employee had connected gooseneck trailer to 5th wheel truck and had walked around the backend of the trailer to check the lights on the trailer.
What happened
Rolls of roofing material were stored on pallets directly behind the trailer so there wasn 't a clear walkway. Employee was walking on top of and stepping over the rolls of TPO when his right foot slipped causing him to fall onto his right side landing on the stacked rolls. Employee felt pain on his right side but continued to work.
