EE was working on a utility pole conducting routine maintenance.

As EE was cutting away arms from the utility pole a piece fell to the ground (normal) but had hit another piece of the pole on its descent. This caused the falling piece to ricochet back towards the employee and strike him in his calf resulting in a contusion.
