UNLOADING TRAILER

Driver was operating the store locations manual pump jack not our EPJ due to the EPJ displaying error codes and being unusable. Driver was in the trailer pulling a pallet out. Pallet rolled past the threshold between the tail of the trailer and the liftgate and [REDACTED] was unable to stop the momentum. This resulted in his leg being pinned between the pallet and the chain of the lift gate. Driver then fell off the liftgate and landed on his side injuring his left shoulder. Customers called [REDACTED] and paramedics transported [REDACTED] to Mercy Hospital
