Walking outside in the rain

Before [REDACTED] clocked in for her shift she walked in from outside when it was raining she felt dizzy was holding right side rail slipped and fell forward onto the floor in front of the House Supervisor Office The supervisor witnesses and others helped [REDACTED] off the floor The supervisor offered her medical treatment at the emergency room and [REDACTED] denied the care [REDACTED] waited for a few minutes in front of the supervisor office and then walked with the supervisor and clocked in When she went to break room later in the day around [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] noticed that her whole right hand was swollen and she was unable to open her water bottle at cut formed around the area of a bracelet she was wearing She took pictures while she was in the break room Once she noticed the injuries on her hand medical treatment was offered a second time but employee said she would go after her shift
