Before the incident
[REDACTED] was OS of a patient with chest pain with AMR 451. In order to move the patient closer to the gurney utilized a desk chair to seat the patient in.
What happened
while moving the patient the desk chair got caught on a rug in the residence I then reached out to free the wheel from the the rug and as I pulled to move patient experienced a tearing feeling.
