Before the incident

I drove into the [REDACTED] noticed some barrels of possible product I was looking for I turned too soon and made contact with what I believe was a pole I can only assume after hitting the pole that I made contact (head and face) with either the cage or mast or both on the forklift The next thing I remember was getting up from the floor unsure of what happened I think i went to check the forklift I turned around and someone asked me if I was okay I found out later that I was in a wheelchair in the first aid room with an ice pack on my head and face
