[REDACTED] stated that she noticed a gray Honda [REDACTED] traveling on the passenger side at a high rate of speed and was trying to merge. [REDACTED] stated that the car sped up and was trying to pass [REDACTED] on the shoulder of the road. [REDACTED] states that the car lost control and hit [REDACTED] 's passenger side front tire and then spun out going across in front of [REDACTED] 's tractor and coming back striking the drivers side of the trailer and then spinning out again and hitting the concrete barrier.
