Team member went to start up meeting at [REDACTED]. When the meeting was over his han-cho approached him and asked him to help move the plates with him. Team member tries to use a pry bar and sets it aside and moved the plate with his hands.
What happened
Team member was helping the han-cho move the metal plate thatcoveres the hole in the floor to get into the pit under extrusion press #2. He tried to use a pry bar and set that aside and used his hands. One of his fingers got caught under the plate and cut the tip of his finger off.
