Getting patient ready for discharge
What happened
Went into the room to transfer him to wheelchair for discharge and I saw that patient was standing leaning on family member trying to use his urinal. Before transferring him to wheelchair I went to try and assist him with standing and using his urinal when patient went limp in my arms for a total of 5 minutes which caused a lot of pain in my back arms shoulders torso legs knees basically my whole body.
