Fell while sliding chair backwards
What happened
Associate was rolling chair away from desk to assist another associate and the associate fell backward in chair and hit head on floor. Associate was placed in a lower chair and kept off computer. Eyes appear to be dilating and a red spot on back of head. Associate is icing and comfortable and will continue to monitor check on the throughout the day.
