What happened
Facilities Maintenance TM was on [REDACTED] roof at roof access near [REDACTED]. Contractor (TRANE) was on site to replace a motor on [REDACTED]. While motor was being lifted through the roof access opening. The motor made contact with guardrail causing the motor and gantry to become unstable which resulted in the motor and gantry to tip over. While GALLO TM was moving out of the way they tripped over roof offset causing him to fall in direct path of motor and gantry. TM was unable to move out of the way causing the gantry to strike his right leg and the motor to strike his right foot. Incident is still under investigation. Incident description will be updated if necessary
