Before the incident
Operator had just completed a set up on the DE and had stood up and turned around to exit the platform. Upon exiting the platform the operator grabbed hold of a metal upright for support and began to step off of the platform.
What happened
As the operator began to move his foot he stumbled over the conduit wires that lay on top of the platform. This caused the operator to lose balance and begin to fall. The employee hit the floor predominately on his left side.
