Before the incident
One forklift driver was moving parts back into the incoming inspection area with nothing on his forks. The other forklift driver was downstacking quarter window racks and preparing to take them to milling.
What happened
One forklift driver did not have the forks positioned properly inside the fork pockets when trying to lift them making them less stable. The other colleague noticed [REDACTED] coming and tried to hit the breaks. The sudden movement caused the racks to fall off the forks and hit the other hilo driver.
