What happened
The injured employee was providing a break at the exit end of the FCH overn for an inspector. As she was picking a stack of eight (8) tempered oven doors off the inspection table the pack slipped out of her hands. The manual loss of grip resulted in the glass slipping from her hand and mashing the employee 's right ring finger and ultimately falling on her right foot above the steel toe. This resulted in bruising above the big toe.
