A TM was loading glass onto the conveyor for line 93 when something hit their eye from above while backing up the forklift at [REDACTED] causing eye irritation. TM was taken to eyewash station to flush their eyes. TM states felt s though object was removed but still felt irritation. TM was taken to ER for further evaluation and confirmation that object was removed.
