Working Trouble.
What happened
Associate was working on the trouble behind her desk. She turned around to reach out a label that was printed out the SKU machine and she put all the weight of her body on her arm and as she tried to grab the label her hand slipped and fell causing her head to hit the floor. I was notified by one of my specialists over the radio about the situation. I contacted Security they took her to the check point.
