My job requires constant computer work typing usage of mouse phone etc. I have used mouse pads with wrist rests as well as a keyboard wrist rest at all times for decades. Recently diagnosed with severe carpal tunnel syndrome and it has been recommended to pursue surgery. Had nerve study performed. Had consult with Resurgeons Orthopaedics Hand Specialist
