Patient in [REDACTED] punched me in the chest while I was administering care. Pt is on CIWA protocol was very restless vulgar and agitated. He stated that he was to make a shit in the restroom. I got a bedpan while attempting to assist patient with it he punched be in the chest he attempted to punch me again but I stopped him.
