PT was agitated after being brought to the hospital from The Oaks. [REDACTED] was a sitter ensuring the patient did not get out of the bed. While trying to get the patient back into the bed the patient kicked at the staff and then took his ECG cords off his chest and swung them catching [REDACTED] on the face right sided causing a scratch on her right eye and small hematoma just above the right eye.
