[REDACTED] was preparing [REDACTED] and had accidentally spilled some of the medication down her arm while priming IV tubing. [REDACTED] is allergic to Penicillin and was appearing to have reaction. She verbalized itching to scalp and hands. She said she felt swelling inflammation to throat tongue and lips. Offered to take her to ER [REDACTED] agreed.
