What happened
On [REDACTED] I [REDACTED] went to transport the soiled linen from the department to the laundry chute over by the blood bank. As I was dropping the bags of soiled linen I was struck by something in the left shoulder. The object landed on the floor preventing me from safely exiting so with the right hand I picked up the object to move it out of the way so I may exit. I did check to see if my shoulder was discolored or swollen it was not. However to raise my left arm there is some pain and my shoulder feels slightly weak. The object in question that struck me seems to be a panel of some sort but I am not certain what it is exactly.
