What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED]. Ms. [REDACTED] The Terrace Dining Cafe Supervisor experienced a fall in the caf. [REDACTED] Stated that the fall occurred due to her knee giving out while ambulating. During the fall she made contact with the left side of her face against the side of the double-door cook cooler. No environmental hazards were observed at the time of the incident. Caf staff immediately responded by providing ice to the affected knee and assisting with elevation. Ms. [REDACTED] was subsequently transported via wheelchair and taken to the Emergency Room for further evaluation.
