[REDACTED] was turning and positioning patient and was trying to push the pillow behind patients back when her finger got twisted. She experience numbness swelling and the she can 't bend the middle finger. She reported the incident to me as charge RN Nursing Supervisor informed and she was sent to the ER for medical attention.
