See description

I received an email from Wellstar North Fulton Employee Health which stated that I was exposed to an in-patient with Tuberculosis whose diagnosis was confirmed [REDACTED] after admission. I was sent for an X-ray and lab test (T-Spot).They x-ray was negative for TB findings but the T-spot (TB Quantiferon Gold) was positive. For this reason of positive quantiferon result I was referred to Fulton County Board of Health for further management where I received treatment for 3 months. ([REDACTED] - [REDACTED]) During that period I incurred some expenses which via parking tickets and medical bills which I paid out of pocket because my Wellstar insurance was denied. I also do have some other medical bills from wellstar x-ray department and QR Quantum Radiology which I would like them to be taken care of as well. I attached all the copies to the email that I sent to your department earlier.
