[REDACTED] employee ID 193881 was transporting a patient either [REDACTED] or [REDACTED] of [REDACTED] when he hurt his left wrist. He states it did not start hurting until [REDACTED]. He continued to work without reporting the pain or the injury on [REDACTED]. He states he thought with relaxation for the weekend the pain would subside. He called out of work [REDACTED] stating the pain is now radiating up his left arm. I gave him the information for workman 's comp and told him to seek treatment in our ER.
