What happened
This employee attempted to give IM injection to patient who was becoming agitated. Two other employees where in the room to help hold patient. Patient was able to get out of the other two employees grip and grabbed this employees wrist and began to squeeze and twist wrist. Other employee was able to get patient to let go of this employee.
