Patient was sitting in wheelchair for blood draw. Prior to blood draw patient was asked if he ever gets faint has fainted or gets lightheaded from blood draws. Patient responded "no." During blood draw patient was talkative and when asked if he was doing okay continued to respond "yes I am fine." When blood draw was completed patient was asked by nurse if they felt okay had any lightheadedness or dizziness. Patient responded with "I am doing fine. " When a few other nurses walked by he stated " Actually I think I am a little lightheaded." I told patient that I would get him juice and he agreed. Another nurse got the juice for patient while I stood by patient to ensure his safety. Patient was drinking the juice and stated he was fine. Another nurse asked if she could get him a sandwich and he agreed. When nurse was walking back into preop area with the sandwich patient stated "I think I am getting dizzy" I told patient that for his safet
