What happened
While transporting a deceased patient on a large morgue cart to the Morgue (Epic Job # 10775551) on the first floor between E-Pod and X-Pod [REDACTED] (Employee) got her right foot stuck under the cart and hurt her right ankle. [REDACTED] stated that she heard [REDACTED] ankle Pop. [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] both stated that they were trying to maneuver around the stretchers in the hallway when this happened. [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] completed the job and came back to the department. [REDACTED] was obviously limping at the time but did not want to go to the Emergency Room to be checked out.
