SHE DID NOT HAVE THE USUAL PEN TYPE AVAILABLE AND THEREFORE HAD TO UNCAP THE ONE SHE WAS USING FOR THIS RESIDENT. RESIDENT [REDACTED] WERE ON. RESIDENT WAS IN BED BUT HAS THE TENDENCY TO SHAKE WHICH WAS THE REASON TM GOT PRICKED WHILE REPLACING THE CAP.
