[REDACTED] SUPERVISOR FILLED OUT THE INCIDENT REPORT AND DRUG SCREEN.TM STATED THAT SHE WAS ADMINISTERING AN INSULIN INJECTION TO A RESIDENT AND HAD TO USE A DIFFERENT TYPE OF PEN NEEDLE. SHE DID NOT HAVE THE USUAL PEN TYPE AVAILABLE AND THEREFORE HAD TO UNCAP THE ONE SHE WAS USING FOR THIS RESIDENT. RESIDENT [REDACTED] WERE ON. RESIDENT WAS IN BED BUT HAS THE TENDENCY TO SHAKE WHICH WAS THE REASON TM GOT PRICKED WHILE REPLACING THE CAP.
