What happened

An employee was running [REDACTED] 's at the Abtex Buff Wash line on [REDACTED] and noticed midshift that her left shoulder was tender and thought that it was from over doing it because she had not been on that particular machine in a while so she did not report the discomfort to anyone. This process involves loading [REDACTED] 's (1.6lbs pc) into loading automation then removing parts from a automation stacker table at the end of the line into a bin. Stacks being loaded from the bin contain 10 parts. Stacks being removed from the table contain 10 parts weighing 16lbs. The automation on the load end of the line is filled roughly every 10mins. The employee stated that her shoulder was sore off and on for a little over a week so she was just mindful on what she was doing and how she was using it.
