At approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] TM was repairing the evaporator blower due to having broken down and the motor had failed. In doing so TM was repairing the blower and the wastewater was hardening in the tower and while he was dissembling may have gotten debris on shirt sleeve and as they were sweating he wiped his face with his sleeve. He immediately felt discomfort and used the eyewash which removed discomfort but the eye was still cloudy.
