Team Member was walking through the yard and saw that a tire rack was in the way of a tow motor operators ' path of travel. The employee stepped in and slid a corner of the rack out of the way as the tow motor operator had a heavy load. When the employee slid the rack they stated they felt a pinch. Employee is going to ice and evaluate further.
