I was in the process of lifting a small bin of nourishments for the hosts In the process of lifting it up with one hand an employee asked me a question and I turned to answer them When I had turned my head my muscle around my right shoulder blade tightened up and I got a strong pain sensation in the location Since then I took Aleve less than 30 minutes after it happened but still have limited motion without the pain acting up again around my lower shoulder blade
