What happened

I was coming out of the restroom across the hall from the emergency medicine resident work room down the hall from my office where I was completing resident and clinical work assignments after my shift as an attending emergency physician I slipped on wet floor adjacent to the towel dispenser while opening the door to leave the bathroom I believe the floor was wet as people have to reach from the sink to the towel dispenser to dry their hands and water drips off hands in the process I twisted my body trying to keep my balance but still fell on the tile floor onto the carpet landing on my hands and knees I felt immediate severe pain in my left hip
