From RL6: Dr [REDACTED] was in surgery and cut her left thumb with a dirty scalpel. She has a 1cm laceration to her left thumb and source pt is known EE came to EHS after cutting her left thumb with a dirty scalpel. She has 1 cm laceration to her left thumb and washed area with soap water and applied betadine and bacitracin and covered area and came to EHS for BBP protocol. BBP labs drawn and source pt labs drawn as well. EE aware of BBP protocol and follow up. Wound care reviewed and she will notify EHS of any issues from laceration. TDAP is UTD
