What happened
[REDACTED] was assisting patient back to bed - patient sat in bed [REDACTED] was helping patient lift her legs into bed and felt left shoulder neck pain. Pain is radiating from neck down into the arm. EE came to EHS and rates left neck and shoulder pain 8 10 and states she took 2 Tylenol at [REDACTED] with no relief. Upon touching her neck and shoulder it appears to be muscular and pain is worse when turning her head to the left. She is unable to take NSAIDS due to gastric bypass. EE is checking into EHS to be seen by [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
