Before the incident
Pushing out panel as it was complete.
What happened
TM was working at hatch bay platform moving out a panel in exchange for another that had parts. Push bar was stored in upright position up to on platform. The panel cart edge struck the platform which caused the pusher bar where it was stored to fall from its position striking the TM roughly 3 ft causing him to bleed .TM stopped and went to grab napkins to control the bleeding. ERT supported in incident as they were working in the area. ERT and I went to ER with team member. Area was cleaned up also by ERT.
