When [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was making his way down to the vehicle he twisted his left ankle. While [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was pulling one of the occupants from the vehicle he lost a shoe in the mud-water fell and twisted his ankle again. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] did not immediately report the incident because he believed it would heal on it s own.
