What happened
After a brief meeting with [REDACTED] -CD M and [REDACTED] -Cimco we proceeded to walk out onto the arena floor walking from the southwest corner to the north end of the arena floor. We stopped so [REDACTED] could point out the chairs that hold stainless-steel tubing in place and how they were tied together per our projects specifications state. While standing there I noticed a stainless-steel tubing that was not in the chair as it should have been. I proceeded to bend down and push the tubing back into place but was unable to do so. So I stood up and continued our discussion and before moving on I bent down again and tried to push the pipe for the second time back into place and that is when I heard a pop on the inside of my right elbow and immediate pain following.
