What happened
I was manipulating U-lock after removing it from [REDACTED] 's bike around [REDACTED] while walking + watching some other activity plaza area when I dropped lock.I instinctively stuck right foot out to stop it from impacting concrete with full force so lock instead impacted top of right foot
Injury or illness
Impact injury top of my mid-foot area on foot. Initial pain turned to swelling and by the time I walked out to my car to leave just after 1830 I was limping. Swollen painful enough had to loosen shoe laces when I reached my car.
