On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] the IW approached a residence to deliver a package As the IW walked up the driveway he heard the garage door opening and observed a white dog behind a bug screen Believing the dog was contained the IW continued toward the front door The dog then ran through the screen exited the garage and bit the IW on the left outer side of his thigh before he reached the door
