Before the incident
EE was in the process of inspecting the polish chiller units to ensure that there was enough polish in the drum.
What happened
To check the drums the injured has to pull the draw out and look inside. When the draw is moved sometimes the polish sloshes out and gets on the floor if it is not cleaned up it creates a crust. Due to the crust build up the injured was forced to pull and lift the draw which is an awkward height and weight.
