THE EMPLOYEE WAS STRUCK IN THE ARM AND WRIST BY A DOOR SLAB EXITING THE BEVELING MACHINE. THE DOOR SLAB BECAME LODGED IN THE MACHINE AND THEN MOVED OUT OF THE MACHINE WITH HIGH VELOCITY STRIKING THE EMPLOYEE IN THE RIGHT ARM WRIST AREA.
