While cutting a rusty shackle pin via HEC with a dewalt cut off tool (grinder) the grinder kicked back while cutting the back side of the shackle. This cut through his glove and lacerating his hand. Work was halted and men flew back to the [REDACTED]. Calls were made to management to report the incident.
