was in patient room 633 giving her medications and after giving her heparin I did not pull the safety cap up all the way after the injection and when I was throwing the needle into the sharps container the safety pushed back and I accidentally poked myself in the finger with the needle. It did not draw blood but I washed and cleaned it really well.
