What happened
Conducting grounds maintenance. Running a gas powered string trimmer. Started off as a cramp in right side of back just below shoulder blade. Needed to lean on a nearby UTV for support to catch breath. Still thought it was similar to a [REDACTED] horse but after stretching the pain decreased initially.
